Objective

Students are able to explain the effects of physical inactivity and activity on the organ system and energy sources and generation methods during physical exertion and training. Students can explain the physics of body movements, the short- and long-term effects of physical exertion and training and principles of motor control and motor learning. Students know how to plan safe and individual therapeutic exercises.
Student is familiar with the basics of guidance on physical exercise and is able to provide it to various age groups individually in a goal-oriented way, supporting clients’ functional ability and health as well as their voluntary exercise behaviour.
