Students
-can carry out the initial patient evaluation and recognize the need for additional help.
-can request for a consultation and know the principles of preliminary reporting.
-are familiar with the care principles of major patient groups and are able to carry out these basic pre-hospital emergency care principles.
-know the basics of interpreting ECG and are able to use the basic level care and stabilization equipment of emergency care.
-understand the basics of patient education.
-are familiar with the authority network and the principles of using the most common data terminal equipment.

Clinical practice includes learning laboratory and simulation studies 2.5 ects

Clinical practice 5wks. Simulations in Myllypuro campus or online according to schedule.
