Student can describe nerveimpulse, action of neuromuscular junction and contraction mechanism of striatal muscle. Student can use professional terminology. Student are able to recall different tissue types and palpate them. Student can palpate the pulses of the upper and lower extremities. They can combine anatomical knowledge with palpation.
Content
Muscles of the upper limb. Nerves, arteries and veins of the upper limb. Nerve impulse. Contraction of muscles. Professional terminology. Bony landmarks of body. Tissue types. Skin and fascia. Pulses. Course includes 3 cr of practice.
