Teaching methods
This course offers the participants an opportunity to explore the mindset of managing an organization and one's own professional work. We will discuss learning at work, co-creation, innovation, change management, and tools to evaluate performance and strategic success. This course is both theoretically rich and pragmatic as we strive to apply ideas and tools to a final group project.
In this course, the student will acquire:
- a deeper understanding of management as both functional and relational
- concrete tools to apply in daily organizational daily activities
- collaborative skills and knowledge to create sustainable change
