Objective

The student is familiar with the special features of business in health care and social services and is able to analyze the operational preconditions of an organization. The student understands his/her responsibility and role in the development of the business and its strategy-oriented daily management as an entrepreneur or a manager. The student can use enterprise resource planning in daily business management. In customer relations management, the student is able to systematically collect and analyze customer data, identify customer needs, and use this information to create a competitive edge. He/she is familiar with the principles of profitable sales and marketing and has a versatile approach to the communications and marketing of the company’s products and services.
