Objective
The students will learn the essential laws and regulations in employment issues. The students can acquire information about employment issues from different sources. They will also learn to implement employment law and solve cases. Students will be able to behave according to the norms of their position.
The students will be able to organize work according to labor protection law.
On completion of the course the student will know how to determine monthly salaries and handle the entire payroll operation and any remunerations. The student will know where to find relevant information about employment laws, collective agreements and taxation. The student knows how to deal with compensation for expenses and fringe benefits in payroll operations. The student knows regulations for annual holidays and social benefits. The student knows how to calculate tax deductions and other statutory deductions.
