Objective

The student demonstrates sound methodological and analytical skills in completing a development task in a real working life context and presents a tested or piloted solution to the given business problem. He/she shows good leadership and management skills having initiated, designed, tested, and ideally also implemented a development/change project in a partner
organisation. He/she reports the R&D work both orally and in writing, as specified in the Master’s Thesis process description.

To better serve the purpose of sharing expertise and leveraging the results of the research & development task, i.e. Master’s Thesis, the student writes a Maturity Test based upon his/her Master’s Thesis
• to show deep understanding of the subject; as well as
• to show proficiency in communicating the research and development process, especially the relevance of the development task, to the working life, region, or other professional stakeholders in the language of the Master’s Degree Programme in question.

Content

All steps of the Master’s Thesis process as instructed. Support of the methodology courses, seminars, team tutoring and individual supervision.

* a press release;
* an Executive Summary; or
* an article directed to a professional audience in a professional journal or at a seminar/conference.
