Objective

The student will learn to use 3D CAD tools and methods productively in their design work. The student is able to make appropriate use of different modeling methods and tools while taking into account technical and economic realities.

- Configurations
- Documentation and sizing
- PDM
- Formwork
- Thin seet tools
- 3D printing
- Appropriate use of modeling tools and software
- Data transfer between different 3D / CAD systems
- Visualisation tools
- Familiarisation with simulation tools
- Utilising VR in 3D CAD design
- Deepening 3D competence

The student has preliminary skills in 3D CAD tools and methods in design work. The student is able to use various modeling methods in design work satisfactorily.

The student has excellent skills in 3D CAD tools and methods in design work. The student is able to independently use and apply various modeling methods and 3D tools to carry out design work while taking into account technical and economic realities.
