Objective

The student learns various methods of creative text writing and can apply them in their own song writing. The student learns to listen and analyze pieces of music and to apply the acquired knowledge in their own music making. The student is capable of writing music and lyrics both individually and in small groups. The student recognizes the impact of arrangement and orchestration in the musical expression. The student learns the fundamentals of the digital audio workstation and is able to make demo recordings of their own music.

- Attending tuition
- Completing and submitting the given exercises and assignments according to the agreed schedule
- Writing at least two new tunes and lyrics and making demo recordings out of these.
