Objective
The student identifies communication challenges of working life and is able to plan and evaluate speech communication situations as part of the profession. The student understands the importance of group communication in the work community as well as the specific features of technology-mediated groups and teams. He/she is able to apply the gained knowledge in practice in professional speech communication contexts. The student is able to build a professional presentation and plan various types of speech communication situations.

The student is familiar with the main speech communication skills required in the work of a cultural manager and aims to use them appropriately in professional communication. In professional communication contexts, the student relies on his/her communication skills and is able to plan various types of situations involving spoken communication.

The student understands the importance of speech communication skills as part of the profession. The student is able to plan various types of communication situations well.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is familiar with the key speech communication skills required in the work of a cultural manager and is able to use them appropriately and creatively in professional communication. The student is able to evaluate his/her own as well as his/her peers’ verbal communication skills constructively and realistically. The student aims at actively developing his/her skills in speech communication based on feedback.
