Objective

After completing learning projects a student is able to work in different roles in different ensemble environments by utilizing his/her competences of collaborational and instrumental skills. He/she is able to act in professional-level rehearsing and performing situations, is able to act as a musician in both traditional and non-traditional performing environments. A student is able to apply his/her pedagogical knowledge in different collaborative and working environments such as community music working life context, industry and business and has capability to communicate and negotiate according to the requirements of different work communities. A student is able to aim his/her personal growth towards creative and rousing teachership and build his/her readiness for life-long learning of professional identity and skills.
