Objective

On completion of the course the student can
- identify the role of audience events as part of the larger social ecosystem
- develop an event idea from a customer-oriented perspective
- make an event project plan
- use event management tools relevant for audience events
- plan sustainable and socially responsible events
- gather information independently and work proactively as part of the event team

They can categorize events and their impact, and list event project life cycle from idea generation, needs assessment, financial, time and human resources to implementation. The student is able to observe legislation, regulations and risks related to the field. The student can make a project plan. The student is able to describe the results and team operations of an event project.
