Objective
After the course, the students know:
• the operational principals of the organization.
• the basics of project work.
• the operational fundamentals of quality control.
Content
The way the organization functions. Project work. Quality systems and standards. Principals of managing and the fundamentals of working as a supervisor. Labor legislation.
