Objective
Students can foresee future changes and trends and recognise the influence of change on design. Students know the principles of foreseeing and studying the future. Students are able to apply knowledge of the future into the professional practises of design, and the methods of foresight in design processes. Students recognise the importance of innovations for both product development and the economy, are able to utilise innovation methods.
Content
The course focuses on the principles and methods of future studies as well as the importance of innovation practises and their role in design and product development.
