Objective

Students know the basic concepts of plastic composition and are able to both observe and analyse form. Students can produce ethically justifiable form language and mold the produced physical shape according to haptic and visual feedback, as well as received instructions. Students understand the connections between shapes and the principles of interaction. Students can produce shapes creatively and purposefully, using suitable techniques for different purposes.

Content

The course focuses on the basics of plastic design. Students familiarise themselves with different casting techniques, character model implementations and the methods of model-making.
