Objective

The students extend their professional competence to include strategic brand management and management skills. They understand the meaning of information technology and data system in their work as well as the meaning of a well functioning community and well-being at work related to the success of the brand.

Content

• The starting points of the strategic thinking
• Strategically monitoring the operational environment: megatrends, positioning of the brand related to competitors and clients, utilizing the information produced by the company’s data system.
• Strategic brand management; a visual approach
• Strategic management: internal branding within a company
• Strategic visibility and the online store: managing the online environment of the brand
• Functioning and well-being of the work community
