Objective
The student is able to apply the project- and network working basics and his/her own expertise in a regional, national or international development work. He/she is able to take advantage of his/her own professionalism and brings that to multiprofessionalism-based activities. The student is able to create the co-operative negotiation culture with the other actors. The student is able to use problem-solving-, collaboration- and communication skills in a collaborative development process and in decision-making. The student is able to develop together with the other actors practical, creative and innovative solutions, practices or services, to respond to the needs of the metropolitan area.
Content
- Basics of the project- and innovation work: brainstorming, planning, implementation, evaluation, communication, publication, productization and marketing
- Cooperation skills, interest group activities and a network working
Innovative working methods
- Communitial developmentexpertiseseness areas: the development processes, coordinating and managing the development, reforming the development models.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student is aware of the project- and network works basics. The student identifies his/her own project and network working skills. The student uses his/her co-operation and communication skills and utilizes them in development process and decision-making. The student takes apart to the development of the policies and services to respond to the needs of the metropolitan area.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student is able to apply project- and network work basics and his/her own expertise in regional, national or international development work. The student uses meaningfully collaboration and communication skills in communitional development process and in decision-making.
The student creates the co-operative negotiation culture together with the other actors. The student uses his/her own professionalism and brings it to the multiprofessional-based activity. The student creates together with the other actors practical solutions, practices or services to respond to the needs of the metropolitan area.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to apply fluently project- and network work basics and his/her own expertise in regional, national or international development work. The student analyzes and develops his/her cooperation and communication skills in a communicational development process and in decision-making. The student is able to interpret the co-operative negotiation culture and build it together with the other actors. The student analyzes and develops his/her own professionalism and brings it to multiprofessionalism-based activity. The student develops together with the other actors practical solutions, practices or services to respond to the needs of the metropolitan area.
