Development
Rakennustekniikan koulutusohjelma muutetaan osaamisperustaiseksi syksyyn 2012 mennessä.
Opetussuunnitelma on käsitelty ja hyväksytty rakennustekniikan neuvottelukunnan kokouksessa 27.1.2011.
Description
Rakennustuotantotekniikkaan erikoistunut insinööri toimii talonrakennushankkeen projektinhallinnan eri tehtävissä, ja toimii rakennustyömaan johtotehtävissä sekä uudisrakentamisen että korjausrakentamisen kohteissa. Työ on arvostettua. Rakennusinsinööri johtaa rakentamista siten, että rakennus toteutetaan hyvää rakennustapaa noudattaen. Työtehtäviä voivat olla vaativat tuotannonjohtotehtävät rakennustyömailla, uudis- ja korjausrakentamiseen liittyvät suunnitteluvaiheen valvonta- ja johtotehtävät sekä rakentamisen asiantuntijatehtävät kiinteistöjen ylläpidossa. Rakennustuotantotekniikkaan perehtyneen insinöörin osaaminen perustuu työnsuunnittelun, työmaatekniikan, työmaan hankintojen, kustannushallinnan ja johtamisen asiantuntemukseen. Työtehtävät löytyvät rakennusliikkeistä, rakentamispalveluyrityksistä, rakennustuoteteollisuudesta sekä jonkin verran myös kaupan, opetuksen ja tutkimuksen parista tai omasta yrityksestä. Haastavia työtilaisuuksia on myös Venäjällä, Baltian maissa ja muissa Pohjoismaissa, jonkin verran kauemmissakin kohteissa.
