Objective

The student will understand the development stages towards dental technology expertise and will consciously strive for self-improvement. He will be capable of realistic introspection and gain from feedback give by others on his development. He will recognise the preconditions for continuous development and will be able to employ new means of improving himself, his professional skills and the profession in general.

Content

Development of dental technician expertise, different approaches to development into the profession, and critical reflection. The student will participate in multiprofessional dental care research and development groups and will act as a dental technology specialist in various projects.
