Objective
Students question their own practices and can evaluate their individual development based on evidence. They evaluate research knowledge critically and participate in the creation of fresh knowledge. Students have competence to develop future- and client-oriented nursing. They know how to apply nursing scientific knowledge and educate patients based on evidence. They master self-management and the management of development processes in nursing based on evidence. Students can innovate and develop nursing in various teams and networks. They are capable of decision-making in unexpected situations in diverse operating environments.

Expertise in clinical nursing and evaluation of the development of expertise in evidence-based practice.
Professional competence of clinical nursing expert: core competence required in nursing and special competence. (content of themes)
Work community competence of clinical nursing expert: client and network competence, internal interaction skills and evaluation of their development.
Development competence of clinical expert: innovativeness, self-development and career development.
Development competence of clinical expert and its evaluation: skills to master the operational culture of nursing and holistic approach to it.
