Objective
Students
- apply the core theoretical and clinical competence required by the clinical practice environment to the public health nursing of clients/patients
- are capable of client-oriented public health nursing supporting and promoting the health of their client/patient and their significant others.
- follow the ethical guidelines and principles of nursing and public health nursing

Clinical practice includes learning laboratory and simulation studies 2,5 ects
Safe and barrier-free environment promoting health
Prevention of infectious diseases, their treatment and vaccinating
Prevention of accidents and first aid at home
Follow-up methods of health, procedures and taking laboratory samples at home
Protocols on acute changes of home care client’s health
