Kliininen hoitotyö, Lääkehoito 1, Anatomia ja fysiologia suoritettu
Pitkäaikaisesti sairastuneiden hoitotyön opintojaksosta suoritusmerkintä ja lääkelaskut hyväksytty
Lääkehoito 2, suoritusmerkintä
Kliininen hoitotyö taidot suoritettu, (hyväksytty merkintä, siis kaikki dokumentit palautettu)
Asiakaslähtöinen hoitotyö- harjoittelu suoritettu, (hyväksytty merkintä, siis kaikki dokumentit palautettu)
