Objective

The student is able to systematically analyze the national social welfare and health care reform as well as an individual organization's strategy in planning and coordinating digital services. The student becomes familiar with the management of a customer-oriented social and health care system, the integration and service packages of social and health care services, and cost control. The student can evaluate the organization's corporate culture and ability to create digital services and promote digitalization-oriented skills in the work community. The student analyzes the digitalization of expert work and its networks. The student is able to critically evaluate and utilize information on digital services and their management as an expert and in development and management tasks. The student can process digital data and data systems securely and ethically.
