Objective

Upon completion of the course, the student will know how to:
- Evaluate and analyse the quality and practice of the care of older people service system
- Apply service design principles in the development of services for the older people, service processes, customer service chains and management from the perspective of the diverse and a varying service needs of older people
- Network and apply the principles of network management and client-driven development from the perspective of a diverse group of users
- Take advantage of digital services in the development of the service network
