Objective

The student has recognized his/her personal strengths and development needs in areas of interaction, team work, and managerial work. S/he follows an individual study plan and is committed to long-term personal competence enhancement as stated in NQF 7 level. The student has built networks, can direct his/her activities, and follows the principles of shared expertise in adult education. S/he gives and appreciates constructive feedback.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass = The student has completed the learning assignments given in the course. S/he demonstrates motivation and interest in individual as well as in team learning. S/he is able to evaluate his/her own learning outcome in relation to the targets of the whole degree programme and its modules. The student knows how to use the services and systems provided. S/he has made an Individual Study Plan (ISP).
