Objective
The students know the ethical principles and regulations related to their profession and can apply them in practical situations. The students apply their storytelling skills in generating ideas and doing background research for a short fiction film. They can develop a screenplay for a short fiction film. They can analyze screenplays and recognize dramatic structures. They master the giving and receiving of constructive feedback. They are familiar with the fundamentals of directing and acting in fiction film. They can set goals for direction. They can break down the screenplay into a budget, production plan and shooting schedule. They can compose a storyboard and sound plan based on the screenplay and choose appropriate equipment. They can present and justify their own views of artistic content and execution of the production to other members of the production team.
