Objective

After the course, the students can
• Identify the tools and accessories in the clothing industry and use them accordingly.
• Use the most common equipment and devices of the clothing industry.
• Identify and understand different technical solutions used in products.
• Read and create technical instructions (structural planning with the help of cross-section images).
• Create details for different garments
• Utilize and apply one’s knowledge in teamwork and in future projects.

Content

The most common machinery and equipment in the field of clothing. Technical details of garments. Practical exercises. Technical structural planning of products with cross-section images. Various accessories and using supporting materials. Serial cutting of pieces in student groups.
