Objective

The students are expanding their professional competence to include financial management in the international product management. They can plan, execute, analyze and develop standard purchasing processes and supplier markets in a customer oriented way. The students can plan the timing and efficiency of the supply chain. They can analyze the supply chain with respect to its competitiveness, needs for development and mapping the risks. The students can also lead team work.

Content

• Financial basis for product management
• Developing purchase logistics and managing delivery times in the Fashion and Clothing Industry supply chain
• Principles of team management and various co-operative models in the global purchasing network
• Selecting suppliers and networks
