Objective

Students identify and employ leadership and problem-solving tools in their research and development project. Students implement a design and development task related to their Research and Development /
Research, Development and Innovation project systematically. Students demonstrate their communication and interaction skills in their professional networks. Students lead an RDI process and collaborative creation of knowledge and set up a collaborative database for their project. Students collect, give and receive constructive and empowering feedback. Students master time management and they know how to take care of their wellbeing.

Content

R&D frameworks and tools. Project plan, schedules, responsibilities and other key issues. Project documentation and possible recordings. Collecting and receiving feedback. Giving empowering feedback. Professional communication and interaction skills.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Evaluation focuses on coursework, knowledge acquired by the end of the course and achievement of the course objectives. The student demonstrates elementary skills in evaluation, independent thinking and the performance of learning tasks.

A good performance in most areas. The candidate demonstrates a reasonable degree of judgement, independent thinking and performance of learning tasks in the most important areas.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

A good performance in most areas. The student demonstrates intermediate skills in evaluation, independent thinking and performance of learning tasks.
