Objective
Students understand systemic behaviour of work communities from their own position and viewpoint. Students are able to analyze the impact of leadership and their own behavior on professional interaction. Students know how to support successful leadership, team success, creative communities and collaborative learning. Students know how changes in music education and in the music industry affect their daily work, and are able to recognize their professional opportunities in the light of their work history, goals and strengths.
Content
Personal Development Plan. Work community interaction and tools for transformative leadership. Group behavior and group leadership skills. Collaborative development and learning, leadership in research, development and innovation. Varied professional roles of musicians and music educators, the recent changes and their impact on the student's professional identity. Documentation and reflection on student's professional career for example in the form of an ePortfolio.

Evaluation focuses on coursework, knowledge acquired by the end of the course and achievement of the course objectives. Students demonstrate elementary skills in evaluation, independent thinking and performance of learning tasks.
